A Public Hearing to hear citizen comments on a proposed text amendment to the Official Zoning Ordinance of the City of Hogansville to expand on the requirements for Cottage Courts within the Unified Development Ordinance.
Public Hearing 2 - Immediately Following
A Public Hearing to hear citizen comments on the creation and establishment of a Heavy Industrial (HI) zoning district, the adoption of standards and regulations for data center developments, and the establishment of procedures and requirements related to Developments of Local Impact.
